Who it's for

The first 10 clinics that join Capture as founding clinics. Once all 10 spots are taken, the guarantee closes to new clinics. Clinics already in keep it.

You pay nothing until Capture books 5 patients

Tellix builds and sets up Capture for your clinic for free. You pay $0 until Capture has made 5 bookings for you.

What counts as a booking

An appointment Capture booked from start to finish, through phone, text, Instagram or web chat, that shows in your Capture dashboard and that your clinic did not cancel. Appointments your team books by hand don't count. If a patient later cancels or doesn't turn up, the booking still counts, because Capture did its job.

When you start paying

After the 5th booking, Capture is $149 a month. We'll email you when it happens, with the 5 bookings listed so you can check them. Your first month starts the day after the 5th booking.

The price is locked

$149 a month is the total. Nothing is added on top, and it stays $149 for as long as your subscription continues. Normal use is included. If your clinic regularly uses far more than a typical clinic, we'll talk to you first. Nothing is ever charged without your agreement.

60 day refund

If you cancel within 60 days of your first payment, we refund your most recent monthly payment in full. No questions and no forms: reply to any Tellix email or text us. Refunds go back to your card within 10 business days.

Leaving

Cancel any time, no lock-in contract. You can export your data before you go.

What this isn't

This guarantee is about what you pay. It isn't a promise of a set number of bookings, revenue or any other business result.

Changes

We can change or end the founding offer for new clinics. We won't change it for clinics already in it.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
